Great communication and on top of his game!

As first time homebuyers, Jeff was extremely easy to work with and made sure to guide us through every step of the process. I felt that he quickly gained a clear understanding of the type of home that we were looking for as well as our specifications and presented us with as many options as possible during a really challenging housing market! I never felt pressured by Jeff to move forward with a home that we weren't sure about, and Jeff's experience clearly showed when he advised us and explained to us particular challenges that some homes would present. Additionally, Jeff has an awesome personality and made the whole process fun for us as well! 11/10 would recommend.

Jeff was professional in every aspect of our Real Estate transaction. If he said he was going to do something, he did it. He returned calls promptly, answered every question and treated us as though we were his only client, which I’m sure we weren’t, but it made us feel valued and important to him. And the high quality of service he provided didn’t matter as to our budget, which he adhered to without pressure to increase it. Jeff is very knowledgeable about Traverse City and the surrounding areas which was important to us as we were out-of-town buyers. We trusted Jeff and he most certainly didn’t let us down. He represented us perfectly when it came to contract negotiation time and we are grateful in was in our corner!

Our house was tricky as there were no comps for our partially renovated home. We ran into a few obstacles but Jeff did the due diligence necessary to get it done. I had questions and he took care of every one and was always pleasant and made us feel at ease. Always answered within a short time as well so we weren't left hanging and wondering. His attitude was more home town than all serious business which was helpful for us so it didn't seem so stressful during all the chaos going on around us right now. Jeff was able and willing to come to our house (we were selling our former house/rental) to do all the paperwork, answer questions and or concerns and give helpful suggestions. When my husband and I first started looking for a home we were nervous about choosing a realtor.
